As a customer of Mokan Dial, Inc. you have the ability to choose your long distance carrier for
both intralata and interlata calls. If your current long distance carrier does not appear on our list, we
recommend that you contact them for service.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier of their choice to initiate service.
Questions regarding certain carrier service can be asked by calling that carrier. You can locate
the carrier contact numbers on the Long Distance Carrier Selection Form for Kansas
or Missouri.
You may also choose to complete your long distance carrier choice by completing the appropriate online
application for either Kansas or Missouri or print the application for either Kansas or Missouri
then mail or deliver to the business office.
Many customers also choose to complete the Preferred Carrier Freeze form. The completion of this form prevents MoKan Dial, Inc from changing the long distance carrier for Intralata or Interlata calls that you have chosen. This form is located at the bottom of the Long Distance Carrier Selection form.
Please note, once the Preferred Carrier Freeze has been completed and you choose to change your carrier, you
must contact the business office in writing or oral communication in order to release the freeze. If the request
is oral, you will be requested to provide either your date of birth or social security number for verification purposes.
No long distance carrier will have the ability to make changes to your account without your knowledge.
